You have the all important theory and the templates from the workshop, and now you have some experience of running projects under your belt – but should this be the end of your learning? What about perfecting those skills practically and learning from others how to best deliver projects perfectly?
How this Workshop will help
The Indigo Project Management Practitioner Level (PMPL) is a one day event specifically designed for people managing projects. Delegates who have previously attended The Project Management Survival Guide workshop will find the PMPL especially beneficial, however, attendance on this workshop is not essential in helping you become an expert practitioner when delivering projects to your organisation.

Delegates will learn how to apply current and new project management tools at a more advanced level. For those who are self studying towards professional project management qualifications, the workshop gives you access to our experienced team of consultants.
Workshop Outline
The workshop is designed around delegate interaction and feedback, and is restricted to a smaller group of delegates, so places at this event are limited. The event is more of a consultative, supportive process, rather than the more student / teacher method of delivery of the Survival Guide workshop. In addition to a recap of best practice from the Survival Guide workshop, this one day event gives you practical application methods for the following:
