This workshop covers exactly half of the techniques from Dr de Bono's two-day Full Lateral Thinking Course as follows:
- Alternatives: Generate alternatives and related concepts so further alternatives and concepts can be realised
- Focus: Deciding “where” and “why” we will focus our creative thinking
- Challenge: Challenge the status quo to determine if better options exist
- Random Entry: Lead yourself away from linear thinking patterns so that you can view a situation from a fresh perspective
