Chuck Dymer
Chuck Dymer is one of a group of only four trainers in the world accredited to the highest possible standard of Life-Time Master Trainer status by Dr Edward de Bono to transform organisations’ thinking using the de Bono Thinking Methods. In 1988, Chuck became the first person in the world to be permitted by Edward de Bono to teach the Six Thinking Hats® concept. Since that time, he has successfully trained hundreds of executives from South Africa, Australia, Europe, and North America in the de Bono techniques.
In 1993 he joined de Bono’s training network and has since become the only trainer in the globe to achieve Life-Time Master Trainer status in all of de Bono’s Thinking Methods:
- The Six Thinking Hats®
- Lateral Thinking™ & Serious Creativity
- Direct Attention Thinking Tools (DATT)
- Focus On Facilitation
- Simplicity
Before joining Indigo, Chuck spent 15 years in manufacturing and information technology. He has been a foreman, materials supervisor, sales manager and national marketing manager. This broad base of expertise enables Chuck to talk about ‘what works’ instead of presenting untested theory. He makes ’what works’ interesting by adding conviction and humour.
He has a Masters degree in Philosophy from the University of Waterloo, in Waterloo, Ontario and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
