Andrew Barton
Andrew Barton is an accredited trainer certified to present Dr de Bono’s Six Thinking Hats®.
With extensive experience, Andrew has helped instigate and implement business changing initiatives. In addition to his work with the de Bono Thinking Methods, Andrew has delivered training workshops for the last 10 years in a variety of subject areas aimed at improving the efficiency of businesses and maximising added value.
Before joining Indigo, Andrew spent the last 12 years managing change programmes. He has been a Quality Manager, Customer Service Manager, Marketing Manager, Project Manager and European Strategy Implementation Manager. This broad base of expertise enables Andrew to talk about ‘what works’ instead of presenting untested theory. He is tenacious in his passion about delivering quality programmes that make a difference to your business.
Andrew has a Masters in Human Resource Management from Leeds University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organisation Studies.
