Paul Martin

Paul has over 20 years experience in the design and delivery of management and personal development programmes in both public and private sectors. He has held senior roles leading the Local Government Training Board in London and heading up training functions within Allied Domecq, Ford and most recently Coutts & Co and Coutts International.

Paul has facilitated leadership programmes throughout the world and has designed and led innovative programmes in the areas of management communication, team building and performance management. Paul also specialises in executive and senior management coaching and mentoring. He has designed competency models, assessment and development centres and specialises in career management and counselling.

Paul has worked extensively with John Hunt at the London Business School and his published work includes a celebrated critique of Honey and Mumford’s Learning Styles approach. Paul’s current clients include Coutts, The Royal Bank of Scotland, The Bank of New York and other well known global Securities organisations as well as Ofsted and Ofgem in the public sector.

Paul has a Masters Degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
