Annabel Burrows
Annabel Burrows is a former senior manager in the financial services sector, Annabel has fifteen years’ experience as a qualified management trainer, combined with front-line expertise in recruitment and people management.
Annabel was Head of Graduate Recruitment for the Lloyds TSB Group from 2001- 2003 and for the Royal Bank of Scotland Group from 2003 - 2005. At RBS, Annabel was regularly quoted in the media and has appeared as guest speaker and panellist at key industry events and conferences, including the Association of Graduate Recruiters’ Conference and the UCAS Graduate Employability Conference.
An assessment specialist, Annabel has many years’ experience of interviewing and assessing (particularly graduates and senior managers), use of competency frameworks, delivery and management of selection centres. She is an experienced facilitator of assessment centre integration sessions, facilitating discussions and achieving consensus decisions from groups of assessors.
In addition to various training, coaching and assessor accreditations, Annabel holds the British Psychological Society Level A & B qualifications, enabling her to deliver and interpret occupational testing and personality measurement tools.
Since joining Indigo, Annabel has taken responsibility for the Structured Interview Masterclass, where her wide experience of undertaking competency based interviews enables real examples and practical tips to underpin the theoretical learning.
