Joanne McKibbin
Joanne McKibbin is a senior consultant with Indigo Business Services. She has extensive facilitation experience, having worked in blue chip organisations in a training and development capacity for 10 years. Prior to joining the Indigo team, Joanne was an Executive Director in People & Organisational Development at Goldman Sachs, where she specialised in leadership and management development.
She also championed the implementation of Edward de Bono’s Six Thinking Hats® methods throughout Europe, and facilitated events using both the Six Thinking Hats® and Lateral Thinking™ techniques.During her time at Goldman Sachs, Joanne regularly facilitated Managing Director and senior management meetings as well as project team meetings and conferences using Lateral Thinking™ techniques to generate new and innovative ideas and ensure practical outcomes were achieved. Joanne also spent 8 years in PricewaterhouseCoopers where she provided consultancy advice and facilitation to external clients as well as to internal partners and staff.
Joanne is a qualified chartered accountant, and her practical experience has contributed to her desire to strive for practical outcomes that can be immediately actioned when delegates return to work.Joanne has worked in the UK, Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the United States. She is a qualified de Bono Facilitator and accredited to train the Six Thinking Hats ®, Lateral Thinking™, Think On Your Feet ® and Writing Dynamics™ techniques.
