Indigo are European distributors for some of the world’s best known and top selling management development workshops; helping leaders realise their full potential through practical, proven training.
We train people from high profile organisations in the private and public sectors in globally famous workshops like Dr Edward de Bono’s Six Thinking Hats®, Lateral Thinking™, Think on your Feet®, Writing Dynamics™, the Project Management Survival Guide and many more.
We Need You:
We are looking for Consultants to join our growing team, at our headquarters in London, where you will join the consultancy team that is split into those managing existing client accounts, and those seeking new business opportunities with new clients.
The calibre of our clients demands credibility from all our staff – so you will need to be intelligent, highly presentable and professional. You will be heavily involved in drafting written proposals, making impactful presentations and have engaging, consultative conversations with your clients. You will receive expert training and coaching to help you to deliver the right level of support to our clients, afterall, that’s what we do best. We will give full product training and on-going development.
So what do you have to do?
You will have the autonomy to build a personal plan that delivers results. This will include client attraction, lead conversion and improving product penetration within the existing customer base – all in line with the needs and wants of our clients. You will be comfortable using a consultative style, and capable of dealing with clients at the most senior board level.
Am I the right person?
Yes. If you are confident, fast learning person who can manage yourself in a flexible and ever-changing environment. You must be creative enough to identify and seize opportunities, whilst working with our CRM system; www.salesforce.com. The potential? In the longer term we are looking for proven business winners who have the potential to define, build and become senior players in our team.
